Front Desk Associate (Spanish speaking)

Duties include but not limited to:

~ Assist With All Internal And External Marketing

~ Provide Excellent Communication With Customers

~ Keep Accurate Records Of Business Statistics

~ Accurate Date Input In Student Management System

~Assist In Maintaining A Clean And Professional School

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to communicate and interact with parents/guardians and children in an effective, positive, and professional manner
• Ability to work as a team with staff and instructors
• Use of standard office equipment and software (Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of pertinent laws, codes, and regulations related to After School Programs and Camps
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
• Above average written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
• Basic cleaning skills
• Clean criminal background
• Reliable Transportation
• Willing to learn and implement Life Champ Martial Arts business system

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
