Front Desk Attendant

Location: Lake Placid, NY
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Attendant to join our hospitality team.

The front desk is often the first and last interaction guests have during their stay, so we're looking for someone who is welcoming, organized, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome and assist hotel guests
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
• Answer phones and respond to guest questions
• Assist with reservations and general inquiries
• Provide information about the property and Lake Placid area
• Communicate guest needs to appropriate team members
• Maintain an organized and professional front desk
• Help resolve guest concerns in a friendly and timely manner
• Assist with other front desk and hospitality duties as needed

The ideal candidate:

• Is friendly, outgoing, and professional
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Is dependable and organized
• Is comfortable answering phones and working with computers
• Can multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Enjoys creating a welcoming experience for guests
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
