FRONT DESK CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT

Overview

We are looking for a friendly, dependable and professional Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant to join our team! Part-Time Position - Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 8:00 am - 6:30 pm, $15 - $19 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process
• Manage appointment scheduling using Chiro 8000 to optimize clinic flow
• Verify patient insurance coverage, explain billing procedures, and handle medical collections with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies
• Assist with documentation review, ensuring all care plans, clinical notes, and coding (CPT & ICD-10) are accurate and complete
• Answer phones with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and professionally
• Support medical billing processes through data entry, coding, and insurance claim submissions using systems like Chiro 8000 & Ability
• Organize filing of medical records and manage health records tasks with precision
• Handle clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies to keep the front desk organized and efficient
