Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
• Assist guests with any requests or issues during their stay, ensuring their satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Knowledge of guest relations principles and practices
