About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Front Desk Clerk to join our dynamic team at Benguet Prime Hotel & Restaurant in the vibrant city of Baguio. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the face of our hotel, providing a warm and welcoming experience to all our guests. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and delivering outstanding customer service.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and checking in/out guests in a friendly and efficient manner
2. Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
3. Assisting guests with luggage, providing information about the hotel, and the local area
4. Performing daily administrative tasks such as managing room availability, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records
5. Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
6. Collaborating with the wider hotel team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

What we're looking for

• A graduate of Tourism, Hospitality, or a related course is an advantage
• Previous experience in a customer service or front-desk role within the hospitality industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in English and the local language(s)
• Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
