Duties

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as needed.
• Assist with night audit responsibilities, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with hotel management to enhance guest relations and improve services offered.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
• Support other departments as necessary to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
• Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus, along with basic accounting knowledge.
• Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and various office software applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
