Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information about services and amenities
• Handle guest requests, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
• Maintain accurate reservation records, update booking systems, and coordinate room assignments
• Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
• Provide exceptional guest services by offering local information, directions, and personalized assistance
• Uphold hotel policies and standards related to guest relations, safety protocols, and hospitality management

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
• Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems required
• Knowledge of hospitality management software and reservation systems preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not mandatory
