Front Desk Clerk

The Sport Stable is a growing full service athletic facility with 15+ business entities, including 2 1/2 ice rinks, full turf, athletic training, golf, restaurants and more. Curretnly we are looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service

Representative and Front Desk Operations. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a solution to each problem creating a positive atmosphere for all guests. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

As our Front Desk Operations/Customer Service, you will have multiple tasks including:
Answers incoming customer calls regarding any ice scheduling, events, and facility questions.

Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller and Sport Stable guest/client. Offering in building directions for all entities.

Have computer knowledge to help register guests for daily events, handle money both using our POS system and our cash drawer, light accounting responsibilities included.

Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies and stay current on Sport Stable events.
Setting up for Sport Stable events on the turf/ice and follow up with clean up of events.

As our Front Desk Operations/Customer Service, qualifications include, but not limited to:

Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma/GED required
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
Must be available to work weekends and some holidays.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clean areas such as locker rooms, restrooms and lobby.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
