Front Desk Clerk

We are looking for a driven individual who is just looking for a couple of days a week to run our front desk, this is a swing shift position, 8am-4pm a 2 or 3 days a week, and 1 or 2, 4pm-12am shifts. This is an every other weekend position. If you would prefer to work all weekends (Sat & Sun) we can work with this as well. If you prefer to work more than two days a week, we can also offer some hours in the housekeeping department.

*First shift front desk job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

-Check in & out of guests.

-Attending to guest requests and needs.

-Keeping breakfast stocked and cleaning it up after its done.

-Assisting housekeepers and inspecting all rooms upon completion to maintain high standards.

-Maintaining cleanliness of hotel common areas.

-Serve basic drinks from onsite bar. Liquor license through City of Clintonville is a must.

*Second shift front desk job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

-Check in & out of guests.

-Attending to guest requests and needs.

-Folding the laundry and stocking in correct the areas.

-Stocking the housekeeping carts on both floors

-Bartending for any guests that want service in the bar area.

-Maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel common areas on your shift.

Ideal candidates are able to work well with a team and able to take charge of the team when necessary. Must be detail oriented, especially when inspecting for cleanliness and neatness. Must also be a people person with a willingness to do what is necessary to keep our guest happy.

Starting wage is $13. We also offer a 401(k) program with employer match, after a year of employment. You also earn PTO by working your shifts.
