Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Front Desk Clerk & Night Clerk to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the property
• Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls promptly
• Handle guest requests, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Prepare and serve breakfast in accordance with health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and presentation
• Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring a seamless stay
• Maintain front desk area, ensuring it is organized, welcoming, and fully stocked with necessary supplies

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality roles preferred, especially at the front desk.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
• Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems
• Knowledge of guest services, hotel operations, and hospitality best practices
• Experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not required
• Demonstrated ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm
• Prior resort or hotel experience is advantageous for understanding guest expectations and hospitality standards
