Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk /Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling, including appointments and follow-ups.
• Knows how and has experience working with all dental insurances.
• Knows how to present treatment plan and has sale experience in the dental field.
• Knows how to work with dental financing services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Ensure the clinic adheres to safety standards and maintains a clean environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care effectively.
• Eaglesoft
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a dental office or medical office environment.
• Experience working with all dental insurances.
• Treatment plan presentation and coordinator.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
• Familiarity with managed care processes and utilization management is beneficial.
• Fluent in Spanish and English is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
