Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist members with enquiries and daily needs
- Promote programs, activities, and club services
- Share information on products, promotions, and events
- Support daily operations and member engagement activities
- Ensure a positive and enjoyable customer experience
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly attitude with willingness to learn
- Team player with customer-oriented mindset
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
