Join the team at Candlewood Suites - Louisville Fair/Expo as a Front Desk associate. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in and check-out experience. You will help create a comfortable and positive environment that reflects the high standards of our hotel.

## **Responsibilities**

- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, maintaining accuracy in reservation records.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

## **Requirements**

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation software is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
