Best Friend Veterinary Clinic , located at the 7th Circle , is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets!

What You Will Do

• Warmly welcome clients and their pets as they arrive at the clinic.
• Manage phone calls with professionalism, clarity, and empathy.
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily clinic calendar.
• Handle data entry, patient records, and general computer-based tasks efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with pet owners to ensure they feel informed and supported.

Requirements

• Bilingual: Excellent command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills and comfort learning clinic software.
• Communication: Exceptional conversational and interpersonal skills.
• Phone Etiquette: Proven ability to handle phone inquiries politely and efficiently.

Working Hours & Shift Structure

• Your Shift: 8 hours a day, 6 days a week (48 hours per week).
• Clinic Hours: We are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Your 8-hour shifts will be scheduled within these operating hours, requiring some scheduling flexibility.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 400 – 450 JD per month (depending on experience).
