Gymnastics World of Georgia is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 2:00PM-8:45PM and Saturday mornings from 8:45AM-1:45PM (with occassional extended hours for birthday parties on Saturday) We are seeking reliable candidates who are looking for long-term employment and can commit to the schedule outlined above.

About The Role As the first point of contact for our gym, you’ll play a key role in providing excellent customer service to our gymnasts and their families. This position offers the opportunity to grow in hours for the right candidate who demonstrates strong skills and a great work ethic. This position is part time with shifts on the following days:

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist families with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Process class registrations, payments, and inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Support staff and management with administrative tasks as needed
• Provide information about programs, events, and policies

• Basic computer skills and comfort using software for scheduling and payments

Position Details

• Part-time hours with potential for increased hours for the right candidate
• Monday and Wednesday 2:00PM-8:45PM, Saturday 8:45AM-1:45PM (additional hours may vary as parties are booked on Saturdays)
