LA Fitness Front Desk Associate
The Front Desk Associate provides excellent member service while supporting daily club operations and sales.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist members and guests.
Check members in and answer questions about the club.
Promote and sell Pilates, Glute Studio, and Interval 50/50 programs.
Explain program benefits, pricing, and class options.
Follow up with interested members and help meet sales goals.
Promote memberships, specials, events, and club programs.
Assist with payments, account questions, and general front desk duties.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk.
Ideal Candidate
Friendly, energetic, reliable, and comfortable talking with people. Sales or customer-service experience is a plus.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
