FRONT DESK

About the role

Front desk position handling customer interactions, bookings, and administrative tasks in a beauty service environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle bookings, rescheduling and customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp & social media
• Maintain and update customer records accurately
• Prepare daily and weekly reports using Microsoft Excel
• Support the team with daily operations and ensure smooth front desk workflow
• Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally and promptly
• Provide friendly and excellent customer service
• Ensure the front desk and working area are neat and tidy
• Assist beauticians in sharing product information and basic product knowledge with customers
• Perform other front desk and administrative tasks when required

About you

• Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin
• Friendly, professional and customer-oriented
• Good communication skills with a positive attitude
• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving skills
• Experience in customer service or the beauty industry is an added advantage
