Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent (30+ years of age) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a smooth front desk operation. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our computerized systems.
• Handle clerical duties such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
• Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
• Perform light cleaning duties to help maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer support or front desk roles is preferred.
• Must be comfortable performing light cleaning as part of regular responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Windows 10 operating system is required.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are necessary for maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for interacting with clients and visitors.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
