Diamond Athletics Cheer & Tumble | Davisburg, MI

Are you energetic, organized, and love being around athletes and families? Diamond Athletics is looking for a Front Desk Staff Member to be the welcoming face of our gym! We're a premier cheer and tumbling facility in Davisburg, MI — home to all-star cheerleading teams, tumbling classes, and recreational programs. Our community is passionate, our coaches are elite, and our families are everything. We need someone who fits right in.

What You'll Do

• Greet athletes and families with a warm, professional welcome
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails and direct inquiries appropriately
• Handle program registrations and class enrollments
• Process payments and manage accounts
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Answer questions about our programs, schedules, and pricing
• Assist with day-to-day administrative needs as they arise

What We're Looking For

• People person — you genuinely enjoy helping others and creating a positive first impression
• Dependable — you show up, you follow through, and the team can count on you
• Organized — you can manage multiple tasks and keep things running without dropping the ball
• Customer service and/or sales experience — you know how to connect with people and guide them toward the right decision
• Experience with cheerleading or tumbling — preferred but not required; a passion for youth sports and the cheer world is a huge plus
• Tech comfortable — able to learn registration and payment software quickly

Schedule & Hours

• Monday through Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Some Saturdays & Sundays (as needed)

This is a part-time position with consistent, predictable hours — perfect for someone looking for an afternoon/evening role in a high-energy environment.
