Front Desk

The Palms at River Edge is a Mobile Home Community nestled along the Colorado River in Ehrenberg, AZ. The property is a medium sized family-owned operation with multiple properties in California, Arizona, and Idaho. We encourage a collaborative culture where everyone can share ideas, take pride in their work and feel valued.

We are looking for a front desk clerk to oversee the office at this Community and also perform cleaning of the common areas.

About the role

• Manage booking systems for park stays and handle retail sales.
• Answer phones and assist visitors with inquires.
• Perform data entry and send reports to management.
• Receive and record rent checks and other payments.
• Open and close the register, ensuring the drawer is counted and balanced daily.
• Keep a professional environment by performing office cleaning and organization.
• Clean common areas including the bathrooms, office, laundry rooms and clubhouse.

About you

• Office experience a plus!
• Must be friendly and have a professional demeanor.
• Willing to work on holidays.
• Open to learning our business policies. We consider our residents as our customers.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $15.15 - $18 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Holidays
• Sunday and Monday, 8am to 5pm (may add additional days)
