Front desk

1. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively
2. Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, front office, maintenance, etc.) to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
3. Build strong relationships with guests to anticipate needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
4. Monitor guest feedback and relay suggestions for service improvement.
5. Provide accurate information regarding hotel/property facilities, services, and policies.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to front office operations

Requirements

1. Based in Bali
2. Experience in a villa or hotel environment is preferred
3. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
4. Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, caring, and service-oriented personality
5. Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive attitude
6. Passion for wellness and guest care
7. Female applicant preferred
