Job Title: Front Desk

Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 5 PM (1-hour lunch)

Locations: 9475 Deereco Rd #204, Timonium, MD 21093 and

7801 York Rd, Ste 315 Towson MD 21204

Reports To: Office Manager

About Us:

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, TRAINING PROVIDED.

Preferred candidates have experience in a service role or hospitality.

Brite Orthodontics creates beautiful smiles and lasting relationships. We seek a friendly, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. No experience necessary. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

What You Will Do:

• Schedule patients and manage appointments
• Answer and screen calls, take messages
• Greet patients and manage check-ins
• Follow up on no-shows and emergencies
• Maintain and update patient records
• Process payments and handle office supplies
• Assist in schedule management and patient communication

About You:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and gentle persuasion abilities
• Basic writing and computer skills
• Team player with a pleasant attitude
