Front Desk Concierge

We are seeking a polished, professional, and personable Front Desk Concierge to be the face of a luxury hair salon in the heart of Yorkville.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment and understands that exceptional service begins the moment a client walks through the door.

What You’ll Do:

• Warmly greet clients and manage seamless check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinate bookings, phone calls, emails, and appointment flow.
• Maintain a calm, organized, and client-ready front of house.
• Support the team in delivering an elevated, luxury salon experience.
• Anticipate client needs and ensure every visit feels effortless.
