Part-Time Front Desk Concierge Evenings and Weekends

Ooh La La Salon is looking for a warm, organized, and guest-focused Front Desk Concierge to help create a welcoming experience for every guest. This part-time position includes evening and weekend shifts and is a great fit for someone who enjoys customer service, organization, social media, and being part of a team.

Responsibilities

● Welcome guests, answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm upcoming appointments.

● Provide salon tours and introduce new clients to the salon.

● Prepare new-client welcome gifts and help guests feel comfortable during their visit.

● Share information about salon services and products, and recommend retail products when appropriate.

● Process gift card and retail purchases, and support guest rebooking.

● Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and other salon refreshments.

● Keep the reception area, front desk, break room, and guest bathrooms clean and orderly, and help maintain the cleanliness of the salon as a whole.

● Monitor and respond to emails and text messages.

● Assist with creating promotional materials in Canva and sending email communications.

● Help support the salon’s social media presence by capturing and sharing content, assisting with posts and stories, and promoting salon services, products, and events.

● Attend monthly team meetings.

● Follow the salon’s dress code and guest-service standards.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, professional, dependable, and comfortable balancing guest care with front desk, salon support, and social media tasks. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
