STAY FIT Studios is a boutique fitness studio where members get pushed, challenged, and feel their best. Our community is the heart of everything we do, and our front desk is where members first feel it.

About the role

This is a customer service role at its core. As our front desk concierge, you are the face and the voice of STAY FIT. You'll make sure every client is welcomed, responded to, and taken care of, and that care doesn't stop when they walk out the door. It carries into their inbox, their DMs, and every moment in between. You'll own client correspondence and client celebrations, so every member feels seen, remembered, and appreciated.

What you'll do

• Greet every member and guest by name and make them feel at home

• Own client communication: respond to emails, messages, and calls quickly, warmly, and thoughtfully

• Follow up with clients so no question, concern, or request slips through the cracks

• Lead client celebrations, like class milestones and big moments, so members feel recognized

• Welcome first-timers and help them feel comfortable and ready for class

• Check clients in and help with bookings, memberships, and class packages in Arketa

• Keep the front desk, retail, and lobby looking polished

• Support our instructors and help the studio run smoothly each day

• Follow our front desk processes and help us keep improving them

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of hospitality experience (hotel, restaurant, spa, concierge, or similar guest-facing work)

• Minimum age of 21

• A warm, polished presence and excellent written and verbal communication

• A true service mindset: you notice the details and follow through

• Reliable, organized, and comfortable multitasking

• Comfort with computers and learning new software

• Availability for early mornings and afternoons or evenings, and the occasional weekend is a big help
