We are a luxury style optical boutique that believes every patient deserves exceptional care and an experience that feels personal from start to finish. Located in Williamsburg, our studio brings together advanced clinical eye care, attentive hospitality, and aesthetic services under one thoughtfully designed roof.

The role
We’re hiring a Front Desk Concierge to set the tone for every visit. You’ll be the first person our patients meet and the last person they see on the way out, and you’ll shape how they remember us. We believe the experience around an appointment matters as much as the appointment itself. This position is a starting point: the right person will have room to take ownership of the full patient journey over time.

Day to day expectations:

• Greet each guest warmly by name whenever possible, settle them in, and act as the link between patients, doctors, and our operations team
• Get to know our patients: their preferences, their schedules, the small details that let you meet their needs before they have to ask
• Oversee the appointment calendar, send reminders, and keep the day flowing so no one is left waiting longer than necessary
• Handle phone calls, emails, and messages with speed, care and accuracy.
• Understand the fundamentals of vision and medical insurance.
• Keep the space tidy, stocked, and inviting, including offering drinks or making coffee for our guests
• Pitch in on administrative work that keeps the practice running smoothly

Room to grow
We see this as a role that expands with you. Over time, you’ll have the chance to lead in two areas:

• Operations: Spot what slows us down, help introduce tools that take repetitive work off our plates, document how we do things well, and work with the team to keep raising the bar on hospitality.
• Patient relationships: Help shape our outreach efforts, manage post-visit follow-ups, and work with our clinicians to keep patients happy and coming back for years.

Experience in luxury retail, concierge medicine, or upscale hospitality is a strong plus.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39.0 per week
