Position Overview
As a Guest Services Concierge, you are more than a receptionist—you are the first and last impression of our salon. You’ll create a seamless, elevated experience for every guest while keeping front desk operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, people-focused, well put-together, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Warmly welcome and check in guests, creating a positive first impression
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage daily bookings
• Educate guests on services, pricing, and current promotions
• Handle guest questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
• Process transactions and manage the register accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
• Support the team with administrative and day-to-day salon operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Comfort with computers and scheduling systems
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude
• Availability for a mix of day, evening, and some Saturday shifts
