Front Desk Coordinator – Be the Heart of Our Growing Chiropractic Clinic

Step into a key role at our growing HealthSource Chiropractic clinic as the first point of contact for every patient; and the person who helps guide them through their journey to better health.

This is not a traditional front desk job. You’ll be the face of the clinic, a trusted guide for patients, and a critical part of helping people commit to and stay on their care plans while supporting the growth of a thriving practice.

• Competitive base salary of $52,000/year
• Quarterly performance bonus up to $7,500 per quarter ($30,000/year)

Your Mission

You are the hub of the patient experience—from first call to completed care plan.

• Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily flow of the clinic
• Conduct financial consultations and present care plans to new patients
• Help patients understand their treatment options and commit to care
• Support patient retention and visit plan compliance
• Handle payments, insurance verification, and collections accurately
• Maintain a smooth, organized, and positive front office environment
• Support clinic marketing and community outreach efforts

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, medical office, chiropractic, dental, or high-end retail/hospitality
• Strong communication skills and natural confidence with people
• Comfortable discussing finances and guiding decision-making conversations
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Positive, energetic, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-comfortable with scheduling systems and office tools
• Team player who takes ownership and thrives on results
