Responsibilities

• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
• Schedule and manage appointments, coordinate calendars, and ensure efficient time management for stylists and services
• Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and assist with booking services
• Keep the front desk and salon areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Monitor and restock salon and office supplies as needed
• Assist with basic administrative tasks
