Are you an experienced, friendly, and organized dental front desk professional looking to join a welcoming dental family? Pike District Smiles is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team!

We’re seeking someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a team environment, and can help keep our front office running smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting patients and managing check-in and check-out.
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient visits.
• Answering phone calls and assisting patients with questions.
• Collecting and verifying dental insurance information.
• Collecting patient copayments and outstanding balances.
• Presenting treatment plans and helping patients understand their recommended treatment.
• Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive patient experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of dental front desk experience required.
• Experience with Dentrix is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Dependable, punctual, and a great team player.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
