Front Desk Coordinator

We’re seeking a self-starter who’s friendly, dependable, and thrives in a team environment. If you love to stay organized, communicate clearly, and create a great first impression — we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule
• Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and handle basic billing tasks
• Assist with patient paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Support the team in creating a welcoming and efficient front office environment

Who You Are:

• Outgoing and enthusiastic with great communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented — you love a good checklist!
• Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
• A team player who jumps in to help wherever needed
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software

Bonus Points:

• Experience in a dental or orthodontic office
• Familiarity with dental software (but we’re happy to train the right person!)
