Front Office Coordinator

Victoria Hutta Orthodontics is growing and in order to thrive we are looking to fill some very important shoes! We are looking for a front desk coordinator that is not only experienced in orthodontics and administration but is also someone who is dedicated to the care and happiness of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate person
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns or requests
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer support or front desk role is preferred
• Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
