East Town Dental is looking for a friendly, dependable, and proactive Front Desk Coordinator who takes pride in providing excellent patient service. We want someone who communicates confidently, pays attention to details, and follows through.

What you’ll do:

Welcome patients and create a positive experience from arrival to checkout.

Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and turn new patient calls into scheduled appointments.
Manage the schedule, confirm appointments, and proactively fill openings.
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits before appointments.
Collect payments and explain estimated patient balances clearly.
Keep patient records and paperwork accurate and up to date.
Follow up with patients who need to schedule treatment or overdue visits.
Work closely with our clinical team to keep everyone informed and the day organized.

Who we’re looking for:

Previous dental front desk experience strongly preferred.

Familiarity with dental insurance, scheduling, and practice management software.
A warm, professional phone manner and strong communication skills.
Someone who can handle a busy front desk while making each patient feel welcomed.
A reliable teammate who takes initiative and ownership of their work.
