Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist

The Studio Academy of Beauty is seeking a friendly, organized, and energetic Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our busy beauty school. You’ll greet guests, schedule and confirm appointments, manage transactions, promote retail products, and keep our front desk running smoothly — all while supporting our talented students.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule salon/spa appointments & answer phones
• Process payments and balance the cash drawer
• Promote and sell retail products
• Keep the lobby clean and organized

What We’re Looking For:

• Front desk or customer service experience (salon/spa a plus)
• Strong communication & multitasking skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor
• Passion for the beauty industry
