We are seeking a friendly, personable, and service-oriented individual to join our Cosmetic Front Desk Team! This position plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our aesthetic patients from the moment they walk through our doors.

Our cosmetic front desk team provides a specialized, elevated patient experience that goes beyond traditional check-in and check-out responsibilities. From greeting patients warmly and by name to offering coffee or tea and anticipating their needs, our team creates a welcoming, personalized environment where every patient feels valued and cared for.

In addition to providing outstanding hospitality, you will help facilitate daily office flow by scheduling appointments, processing payments, assisting with product recommendations, and coordinating closely with our cosmetic providers.

As a Cosmetic Front Desk Team Member, Your Responsibilities Include

• Creating an exceptional patient experience through personalized greetings, attentive hospitality, and thoughtful touches that make each visit feel special
• Welcoming patients by name and maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere
• Checking patients in and out while ensuring a smooth, efficient visit
• Scheduling and rescheduling cosmetic appointments
• Processing payments and assisting patients with product purchases
• Developing a strong understanding of our cosmetic services and skincare products to confidently assist patients
• Coordinating with cosmetic providers to maintain excellent communication and office flow
• Becoming proficient in our practice management system
• Maintaining an organized, professional, and polished front desk environment
