Job Description:

We are looking for a confident, presentable and customer-friendly Front Desk & Sales Executive to join our team at Hodu Agri Machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers professionally.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
• Manage front desk and customer interactions.
• Handle customer calls and follow-ups.
• Explain products to customers and generate sales.
• Maintain customer records and basic documentation.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with the team for smooth customer service.
• Perform basic computer work, including MS Word and MS Excel.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
