Front Desk / Daycare Support

Prestigious kennel, boarding, and grooming facility dedicated to providing exceptional pet care services. We are expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant staff.

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, dog-loving person to join our team in a Front Desk / Daycare Support role.

This is not a traditional receptionist job. You’ll work with clients, answer phones, manage reservations, check dogs in and out, process payments, and keep the front desk organized. But we are a busy dog daycare, boarding and grooming facility, and everyone helps where needed.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Genuinely loves dogs — this is a must
• Has customer service experience
• Is friendly and professional with clients
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Is dependable and punctual
• Is comfortable handling dogs of different sizes and personalities
• Is comfortable using computers and learning our booking system
• Is willing to help in daycare, feed dogs, do laundry, clean up accidents, and keep the facility clean and organized

Responsibilities:

Answering phones and messages, booking daycare/boarding/grooming appointments, checking dogs in and out, processing payments, maintaining accurate client and dog information, communicating with daycare and grooming staff, and helping with dogs and facility upkeep when needed.

You should enjoy working with both people and dogs and be comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This job involves dog hair, barking, wet floors, cleaning, and occasionally getting dirty.

Experience in dog daycare, boarding, grooming, veterinary offices, or other pet-care environments is a plus, but strong customer service experience and the right attitude are more important.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
