• Manage Inward & Outward calls, Phone transfers, Photocopy, Printouts, Scanning etc.
• Manage & maintain In - ward & Outward post / courier and parcels.
• Maintaining Employee Attendance (Mumbai & Hyderabad office)
• Booking & Record of Hotel / Flight / bus tickets / OLA, Uber Cab / Private Cab etc of all employees for domestic & International Visit.
• To take care of Visa, Meal arrangements, accommodation, logistics and ticketing of guests/employees.
• Review of Reimbursement, Allowance voucher (Domestic & International) of Mumbai team.
• Coordinate with office boys and maid for housekeeping activities of Mumbai region.
• To check & maintain records & bills of all Stationery/housekeeping inventory/Vouchers etc
• To arrange and keep record of utilized stationery (paper bundle, Printer cartridge, cartridge refilling) & controlling the misuse of the stationeries of Mumbai region.
• Preparing Credit card statements for the company expenses (own) of Mumbai region.
• Coordinating local and global events together in coordination with HR team.
• Coordinate with Vendor for Mumbai office repair work like Furniture, plumbers, electricians, painters etc.
