Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and presentable Front Desk Executive & Business Development Representative to be the primary face and voice of our organization in Kollam. This is a dual-capacity role combining front-office management with proactive business development, including client communication, admissions support, and institutional outreach within the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk & Office Reception

• Warmly receive visitors, clients, and prospective students; provide a clear and engaging introduction to our offerings and route enquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Oversee day-to-day order, discipline, and upkeep of shared office/reading facilities.
• Manage incoming phone enquiries, record visitor details, and maintain an updated enquiry/visitor log.

2. Inside Sales & Client Communication

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads support admissions and enrolments.
• Follow up on enquiries, explain programme structures, and address client questions courteously and accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of daily calls, follow-up schedules, and conversion status in the CRM or log sheet.

3. Institutional Outreach & Field Marketing

• Reach out to schools, colleges, and other institutions by phone, email, and in person to introduce our programmes and request permissions for on-site sessions or events.
• Conduct field visits within the region as an initial representative of the organization.
• Present an initial pitch to institutional contacts to generate interest and schedule follow-up meetings for senior management to finalize partnerships.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate/Diploma in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 0–2 years in front-office management, tele-calling, client handling, or field sales/marketing (experience in the education sector is an advantage).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal fluency in Malayalam and functional proficiency in English.
• Interpersonal Skills: Warm personality, strong phone etiquette, and confident presentation skills.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel locally within Kollam for institutional visits and field outreach.
