About the Role

We're looking for a confident, well-presented, and customer-friendly Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is suitable for a fresher with good

communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the reception/front desk and handle incoming calls and enquiries.

-Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.

-Maintain visitor records and front-desk documentation.

-Handle incoming and outgoing courier and mail.

-Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with basic meeting arrangements.

-Support employees and visitors with general front-desk requirements.

-Assist the HR/Admin team with basic administrative and coordination tasks.

-Perform other front-office duties as assigned.

Requirements

-Freshers or recent graduates can apply.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

-Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.

-Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a professional office environment.
