Front Desk Executive (Contract 6 months)

Location: Andheri East

Role: First point of contact for the organization; ensure smooth front-office operations, professional visitor handling, efficient call management, and basic administrative/travel support.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and receive all visitors courteously; keep reception/lobby tidy and well-stocked.
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls promptly; operate EPABX, maintain extension directory, log messages, and coordinate follow-ups.
• Coordinate domestic/outstation travel (flight/train/hotel bookings) for staff.
• Liaise with security, housekeeping, and facility teams; maintain positive relationships with internal teams, visitors, vendors, and service providers.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate (any discipline); certification in office administration/hospitality is a plus.
• 2–6 years in front office/receptionist/admin support.
• Excellent English + local language communication; pleasing, well-groomed, professional demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to multitask under pressure; basic MS Office/email/internet proficiency; service-oriented and reliable.

Note:

1)6-month contract, renewable based on performance/business needs.

2. Salary will be finalized based on assessed skills and interview performance.
