What they need
- Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations, room allocation and guest records.
- Handle guest queries, requests and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments.
- Manage calls, emails and front-desk documentation.
- Ensure excellent guest service and a smooth front-office operation.
- Prepare daily reports and update management on important issues.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
