Job Description:

The Grand Mehfil, Rajpura is looking for a smart, active and presentable Front Desk Executive to manage our front office operations and ensure smooth coordination between guests and different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete front desk and reception operations.
• Manage room bookings, reservations, check-ins and check-outs.
• Prepare guest bills, invoices and payment-related documents.
• Handle guest queries, requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Accounts and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain proper records of room bookings, guest details, billing and payments.
• Handle telephone calls and guest communication professionally.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the front desk and hotel/restaurant operations.
• Perform other front-office responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the hospitality/hotel industry.
• Previous experience in Front Office/Reception will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be smart, active, confident and presentable.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing and hotel booking systems.
• Good computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Location: The Grand Mehfil, Rajpura, Punjab
