Front Desk Executive - (PMS & Computer Proficient)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a tech-savvy, well-spoken Front Desk Executive to manage daily front-office operations, guest check-ins/outs, and administrative tasks using our Property Management System (PMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and billing efficiently using PMS software.
• Communicate professionally with guests in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Maintain accurate guest records, room status updates, and daily operational logs.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with high service standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless room turnover.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• PMS Experience: Hands-on experience with full PMS software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, eZee, RoomKey, or similar).
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), email etiquette, and basic troubleshooting.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English [and local language, if applicable].
• Personality: Warm, articulate, composed under pressure, and detail-oriented

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
