Front Desk Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a presentable, confident, and well-spoken Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide a professional first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and basic inquiries.
• Manage the reception area and maintain a professional environment.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding visitors and appointments.
• Maintain visitor records and other front-office documentation.
• Assist with basic administrative and coordination activities.
• Handle day-to-day reception-related tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Good English-speaking and communication skills.
• Presentable and professional personality.
• Confident and courteous while interacting with visitors and employees.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Freshers can be considered.
• Candidates with prior receptionist/front-office experience will be an advantage.

Compensation & Work Details

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Weekly Off: Weekday off; Sunday will be a working day
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Tentative Joining Date: 1st October 2026

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
