About the Role

We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, confident and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our luxury pre-owned car showroom.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality and the ability to provide a premium hospitality experience to every customer visiting the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet every customer with warmth, professionalism and courtesy.
• Create a premium and welcoming experience for showroom visitors.
• Understand the customer's basic requirement and direct them to the appropriate Sales Consultant / Relationship Manager.
• Manage the reception desk, visitor entries and customer appointments.
• Handle incoming telephone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and basic customer queries professionally.
• Coordinate customer appointments, test drives and showroom visits.
• Offer refreshments such as water, tea or coffee to customers and guests.
• Maintain a neat, organized and presentable reception area.
• Maintain customer and visitor records accurately.
• Coordinate with the sales, delivery and management teams for customer requirements.
• Receive and distribute courier/document deliveries.
• Assist with basic administrative and front-office work.
• Follow up on appointments and ensure customers are attended to promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression of the showroom and brand.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in front office, hospitality, luxury retail, automobile showroom, hotel or premium customer service preferred.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills; Gujarati will be an advantage.
• Pleasant, confident and professional personality.
• Well-groomed with excellent personal presentation.
• Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and WhatsApp.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous while handling multiple customers.
• Strong customer-service mindset.
• Candidates with experience in luxury brands, premium hotels or automobile dealerships will be preferred.
