Front Desk Executive

We are looking for a professional, courteous, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive with a background in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, welcoming guests and visitors, handling inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage check-in/check-out or visitor registration processes as applicable.
• Handle telephone calls, emails, inquiries, and guest requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and front-office documentation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other departments.
• Address guest concerns and resolve routine issues professionally.
• Handle reservations, appointments, billing, payments, or related front-office activities as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Ensure compliance with company/hotel policies and service standards.
• Provide information about facilities, services, local attractions, and other relevant requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, guest relations, or front-office operations .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-service-oriented approach.
