- Front Office Management
- Greet and assist visitors, candidates, and stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them appropriately
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper entry protocols
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to centre staff as required
- Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
- Support scheduling of meetings, interviews, and training sessions
- Communication & Coordination
- Act as a communication link between departments and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with trainers, mobilization teams, and placement teams for smooth operations
- Manage internal announcements and notices
- Office Maintenance
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment
- Support basic facility management tasks
- Data Handling & Reporting
- Maintain accurate data of walk-ins, inquiries, and registrations
- Assist in preparing routine administrative reports
- Ensure data confidentiality and proper documentation practices
