Front Desk Executive

We are looking for a smart, confident and well-organized Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling clients, calls and day-to-day reception activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with a professional and welcoming approach.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate client meetings with Visa Counselors and Consultants.
• Maintain visitor records, appointments and reception activities.
• Receive and organize basic client documents and information.
• Follow up with clients for appointments and pending documents.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and office records.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and/or Punjabi.
• Ability to multitask and manage work efficiently.
• Previous experience in an immigration/visa consultancy or front-office role will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
