Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Coordination: Greet patients upon arrival and assist them with the check-in process.
• Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments for OPD and Health Check-ups.
• Communication: Handle all incoming and outgoing telephonic calls and provide guidelines to clients via phone and WhatsApp.
• Billing & Registration: Effectively manage registration procedures and handle billing for both OPD and Health Check clients.
• Inquiry Resolution: Promptly and accurately respond to client queries regarding clinic services, ensuring all communication is courteous and informative.
• Multi-task seamlessly between patient registrations, call handling, billing, and query resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Graduate in any stream or 12th Pass
• Experience: 1–2 Years in Healthcare Industry
• Shift timings: 11 am to 8 pm
• Technical Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations/Billing Registration Software
• Soft Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent coordination and team-working abilities.
